Cassia seed extract are also known as grass cassia, sheep horn, horseshoe cassia, huatongzi, dog dung beans, fake mung beans, horseshoes, senecio, celery, goat carob, wild green beans, pig bones, pig dung blue beans, Fine leaf crotalaria beans, Ye Lazi, sheep tail beans, etc. It is the mature seed of the legume Cassiaobtusifolia L. or Cassiaobtusifolia L. or Cassiatora L.. The former is mainly produced in Jiangsu, Anhui, Sichuan and other places, while the latter is mainly produced in Guangxi, Yunnan and other places. It tastes bitter, sweet and cool in nature. It has the functions of clearing liver fire, dispelling rheumatism, benefiting kidney and improving eyesight. It is one of the first Chinese medicinal materials with the same medicine and food.
