What is Goji Berry Extract?

Goji Berry extract(wolfberry) comes from the fruits of Lycium Barbarum L., which grows in the valleys of the Himalayas and Mongolia. Goji contains high percentages of macronutrients including carbohydrates (galactose, glucose, rhamnose, arabinose, mannose and xylose, between 30-40%), proteins (12%), fat, fiber (10%) and glycoconjugates. Preserved with sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate. Pale brown, transparent liquid. Water-soluble.Organic Goji Berry Extract contains many useful nutritions, including Lycium barbarum polysaccharides, zeaxanthine, Ascorbic acid, Carotene, Riboflavin and Vitamin C…etc. Lycium barbarum polysaccharides is a water-soluble polysaccharide.
