What is Schisandra Powder ?Schisandra berry is considered one of the 50 fundamental herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is used for its calming and wellness-supporting qualities. In TCM, the berries are referred to as five-flavor-fruit and are said to contain all five basic flavor profiles including salty, sweet, sour, pungent, and bitter.
